Rooms & Rates

 

What are the room types?

The hotel has seven categories of room: Deluxe, Family, Family Suite, Dormitory, Junior Executive, Executive, and Ambassador Suites. Deluxe Room together with the Family Suite is located at the beach front. Family Room is facing the garden. Dormitory Room is suitable for group bonding which can be maximized to fourteen persons in twin sharing beds located at the right side of Cafe Gloria. The Executive Suites are equipped with upgraded amenities including television (local channel), mini fridge & bath tub  facilities with hot & cold shower. Junior Executive Suites share the same amenities with our Executive suites but it does not have a mini-fridge and bath tub. Ambassador Suites are located at the 2nd floor of Café Gloria and the room rate includes complimentary breakfast, lounge, free fresh fruits and bottle of red wine.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates are charged per room with good for two (2) persons for Deluxe, Executive & Ambassador Suites, four (4) persons for Family Room/Suite and fourteen (14) for Dormitory Room.

How can I guarantee my booking?

All room reservations require a 50% down payment cash or credit card.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without charge?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it 15 days prior to your arrival. Please note that the 50% down payment will be refunded after 2 weeks upon the cancellation date.

How many people can stay in one room?

Deluxe, Executive, and Ambassador Suite is good for 2 persons; maximum of 4; Family Room is good for 4 persons; maximum of 8 and the Dormitory Room is good for 7 persons; maximum of 14. All room types can accommodate up to 2 extra persons with extra bed (breakfast included) with charge of Php 450.00/person. For the extra bed we provide a mattress bed.

Do you offer discounts for a group bookings?

To avail discounts and promos especially for group bookings please contact our Sales Department for you to avail the discounted rates.

Do you have a pet policy?

Pets are not allowed in resort premises.

Does the room rate include breakfast?

Deluxe Room, Executive Suite, Junior Executive Suite and Ambassador Suite includes free breakfast good for two (2) persons only. Family Room and Family Suite includes free breakfast good for four (4) persons only. Dormitory includes free breakfast good for seven (7) persons only. Additional breakfast will be charged @ Php 120.00/person.

What is the standard check-in and check-out time of the resort?

The standard check-in time is 1400H (2:00pm) and check-out is 1200H (12:00noon).

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is possible to check in earlier depending on the availability of the room.

Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Late check-out is possible depending upon the availability of rooms. Excess time is charged Php 150.00/hour for Deluxe rooms, Php 250.00/hour for the Family Rooms and Junior/Executive suites, and Php 300.00/hour for Ambassador’s suite.

Are Queen-sized beds available in the rooms?

Yes, but we do have only queen-size beds available at the Executive Suites & Ambassador Suites.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, we do. Executive Suites have bathtubs.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.

Is there a safety deposit box available at the resort?

We don’t have a safety deposit box in every room but we have a safety box available in the Front Office and it’s free of charge for any important belongings you want for safe keeping.

Is WIFI service available at the resort?

WIFI connection is available only at the Café Gloria and Club House Bar.

 

Dining 

 

Where is the breakfast served and its serving time?

Complimentary breakfast is served at the Café Gloria from 6:30 am-9:30 am only. Room service is available upon request.

How many restaurants and bars do you have and what are they?

We have one restaurant with bar at the resort and short orders and liquors may be ordered in our Club House near the swimming pool:

  •  Café Gloria (opens @ 6:30AM-12:00MN )
  • Club House Bar (opens @ 6:30AM-12:00MN)

Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?

Yes (Ala Carte).

Do you have 24 hour room service?

Our room service is accessible from 6:00 am – 9:00 pm only.

 

General Hotel Information 

 

Is there a swimming pool in the resort?

Yes, swimming pool opens @ 7:00 am – 10:00 pm on weekdays; 7:00 am – 11:00 pm on weekends.

Do you have a parking space in your resort?

Yes, our parking area can accommodate up to 25 vehicles.

How do I get to the resort?

San Remigio Beach Club is located on the northwest part of Cebu approximately 118 km from the Mactan airport.

How far is your resort from the airport? Any transportation available for pick-up and drop-off?

It takes approximately 2 ½ drive from the airport to the resort. A metered taxi will cost you around Php 3,500.00/way. For a safe and guaranteed travel going to our resort, we are offering San Remigio Leisure Transport Services for Grandia Van Php 4,000 (pick-up/drop-off) / Php 5,500.00 (round trip transfers), Nissan Sentra Car for Php 2,300 (pick-up/drop-off) / Php 4,000 (roundtrip transfers) & Mini Van Suzuki for Php 2,500 (roundtrip transfers). A hotel representative will meet and assist you.

Do you offer massage?

Yes, room service massage is offered in our resort for Php 450.00/hour.

Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

There is currently no tour desk available in-house, but we will be able to make recommendations according to your needs.

Can the hotel assist my needs for my flight details and make an arrangement for domestic and international flights?

Yes, the Front office staff in the Lobby will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.

How far is the nearest hospital to the resort?

15 kms. away from the resort is the nearest Provincial Hospital.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

We offer currency exchange in our front office. The nearest bank is located 25 minutes away which is located at Bogo, Cebu. The list of banks are: PNB, Metrobank, Fairbank, Development Bank & Land Bank.

At what time does the bank open?

Nearest Bank opens from 09:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday only.

Are there any golf courses near the resort?

Yes, there are three golf courses in the nearby towns namely Casa Del Mar, Mercedes Golf Course & Queens Island. Casa Del Mar is the nearest one at 10 kms away from the resort, Mercedes Golf Course is 15kms from the resort while Queens Island is 25km.

Is Function Room available for rent at the resort?

We have a two Function Rooms available @ Php 1,800 per hour or Php 8,900 for 8 hrs. Other services such as catering and equipments are available too.

How far is the resort from the downtown shopping malls?

We are 25 minute-drive from Gaisan Bogo Mall. (Cost is Php 800.00/way good for 4 persons).

What is the weather like at different seasons of the year?

June to December is considered rainy season. January to May are the warmest & driest months. 

What are the local tourist attractions?

Tourist attractions inclde  Zipline @ Medellin, Pangi Cave, Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, Old San Remigio Church, and Odlot Church. We have the Side Trip Package with complete inclusions at the rate of Php. 12,500.00/vehicle (Minimum of 10 persons) catering all the places mentioned above. (Inclusions: Lunch, Round Trip transfer, SRBC T-shirt, fresh towels, bottled water, Entrance fees and Zipline ride).

Do you offer Island hopping?

Yes, we do have an North Island Cruise Package A & B.  

Package A is Capitancillo for only Php 1,500.00/person (minimum of 4 persons) with the following inclusions; Welcome drinks, Motorboat transfer, Lunch, Beach Towel, Bottled Water, Cottages & Island Entrance fees, rountrip transfers to the resort and Bogo, Snorkeling gears and 20% off on our room accommodation.

Package B is for Php 2,500.00/person going to the best North Island destination Gibitngil Island and Virgin Island with the following inclusions; Welcome drinks, Motorboat transfer, Lunch, Beach Towel, Bottled Water, Cottages & Island Entrance fees, Zipline ride at Gibitngil, Feeds for fish feeding, Snorkeling gears and 20% off on our room accommodation.
